Dennis had built his home over 23 years ago and had properly installed a successful drainage and sump system. One day he noticed a leak on his finished carpeted basement floor. He invested to find a foundation crack behind the drywall. He quickly searched for a repair company and found MidAmerica Basement Systems. Adao Natario, project engineer, was sent out to service Dennis’ home. The installation of Flexispan provided a waterproof sealant to prevent further water leakage in the crack. Flexispan is a polyurethane sealant that seeps deep into the crack, forming a durable, flexible seal. Thanks to the help of Adao and MidAmerica Basement Systems, Dennis can continue enjoying his finished basement.

Richard was having issues with his finished walls in his basement. They had begun to warp and swell due to a moisture issue. When he removed the portions of the wall, large water stains were very prominent. He quickly reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a waterproofing system installed before the rest of the finished walls became ruined. CleanSpace Liner was installed along the walls to provide a moisture barrier from the leaks, and helped redirect the water to a drainage system called WaterGuard. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the foundation to collect the seeping water and forward it to the TripleSafe sump.

Then, Foreman Jacob Oetzman and his crew—Jose, Antonio, and Colby—brought the plan to life, expertly installing our dynamic duo: the WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump, along with the trusty CleanSpace.
