They met with design specialist Dustin Shepard, who helped them determine the best solution for their needs. They solution includes the patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGurad, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The homeowners are very happy with their now dry basement!

Uncovered basement window sills can lead to a leaking basement. MidAmerica Basement Systems can provide many solutions to addressing the problem. One way is to install WaterGuard along the base of the foundation walls to collect any water that enters in through the windows, to have it properly discharged back out of the home. A SuperSump was also installed to accommodate the amount of water that enters into the basement, so water does not collect on the floor.

Darwin was having some issues with water seeping in through the floor and wall joint in his basement.
