Danny has always had a sump pump in his basement, but during long, heavy rains falls, he would still get water in the area. He thought maybe it was time for a new sump pump and called MidAmerica Basement Systems. During evaluation, it was noted that his existing pump worked properly, and advised him to have WaterGuard installed. This will prevent water from seeping in from the floors, and will help redirect it properly to the sump pump. WaterGuard is a drainage system that helps collect and redirect water, preventing it from surfacing on the floor. Danny no longer worries of water seeping through during heavy rains.

Grant and Andrea were having issues with a leaking basement and they have an existing sump pump. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their sump pump inspected. Cole had mentioned that the reason their basement was still becoming wet was due to the sump not being able to handle the amount of water that enters the basement. He suggested having a TripleSafe sump in addition to help aid the existing sump and adding WaterGuard around the perimeter to help redirect water that tries surfacing or seeping in through the foundation.

To address the bowing wall, he offered a PowerBrace system to permanently stop the wall from worsening, and give the option to tighten and straighten the wall back to normal. A Waterproofing system was installed to address the leaking basement. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to help collect the seeping water from the floor and walls, and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump. Patricia now has a stable and dry basement in her home.
