Every person I ever had phone call with was polite.  Justin Kahl and his crew of one showed up on a Friday about 10:00 in the morning. My first reaction was "only two of you?" I think they normally send a crew of 3 but some other crew was short handed and borrowed the number three guy. I asked if they would be able to do the job in one day. They said that was their plan. At 4:00 in the afternoon the jackhammer was still going. I thought there was no way they would finish. But they kept working until 9:00 on a Friday night to get the job done! I was impressed with how hard they worked (I never saw them take a break) an that they stuck it out to the end. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems beacause I had worked with MABS before on my in-law's basement and was pleased with the result.

The crew that came to install the Bright Wall were great. They cleaned up nicely and were very polite. We were always on schedule as well. Kali was excellent. He was very helpful and courteous.
