This home in Lexington, Kentucky needed a crawl space makeover. We installed SilverGlo, a SmartPump, drainage matting, and CleanSpace in order to keep the crawlspace from receiving moisture and leaking energy, 

We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System for a homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky.  The CleanSpace Liner provides a vapor-proof barrier between the crawl space and the ground below the home.  We also installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting, a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, a SaniDry Sedona, CleanSpace Vent Covers, SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation, and an EverLast Door. 

This newer home had a crawl space that was pretty clean for not being encapsulated. The owners decided to keep the crawlspace nice and healthy by just encapsulating it with CleanSpace matting. This way, the wooden floor joists don't rot from slight humidity, and they can keep critters and insects out. 

A homeowner in Winchester, Kentucky was having problems with water seeping in through the walls in an unfinished basement.  The Basement has block walls and there was no sump pump installed.  We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, BrightWall Paneling System, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to this basement to solve the issues with water seeping into these areas. 

This crawl space was having issues with moisture and mold growth. The owners were also upset at how much energy they were losing due to the unhealthy crawl space. We were able to help them by first removing the mold with Anabec Cleaner. We then were able to insulate the walls with our Silver Glo walls and some spray foam. We then put our Clean Space with Drainage Matting onto the floor to adhere the crawlspace from ever receiving moisture again. The homeowner is now able to save money and stay away from pathogens with a clean crawlspace.
