WaterGuard drainage system was installed around the perimeter of the basement, which channels water directly to their new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe pumps water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. CleanSpace Wall system was installed on the walls to give a fresh new look to the basement, while also sealing out moisture. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. The SaniDry Sedona has a MERV8 filter to remove dust and mold spores, and also controls humidity in the basement to keep it at a healthy level.
