The culprit for this moisture damage was a crack in the foundation hidden behind the drywall. To cover this crack for good, a FlexiSpan seal was applied. Homeowners in Brunswick, Maine had water seeping in from their foundation walls and they wanted help keeping the basement dry. We installed CleanSpace Wall System, which is a vapor barrier liner that gets installed on the wall to seal out moisture. We also installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, which captures any water coming in from the walls behind the CleanSpace vapor barrier. WaterGuard connects to their TripleSafe sump pump so that water will get pumped away from the home.

Homeowners in Orrs Island, Maine needed help with their wet basement. Part of the basement had dirt floors, and everything was always damp and musty.
