This Whiting, Maine basement had cracks in the walls and floors that were letting water in, causing a mess. We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard connects to a new TripleSafe sump pump so that all water is pumped away from the home. CleanSpace Wall System was installed as a vapor barrier on the walls to seal out moisture. We also added Spray Foam insulation as extra moisture protection. Spray Foam is water and mold resistant, and immediately provides energy efficiency improvements to the basement.

Homeowners were concerned about water in the basement and lack of structural support. They asked for a new concrete floor, SmartJack supports, and a waterproofing system. TC Hafford installers went to the home and completely transformed this basement. Their new floor is clean, smooth and dry, and will stay that way thanks to the SuperSump and UltraSump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

A flooding basement was a regular occurrence for this homeowner living in Eastport, ME. Looking to have this problem remedied, they hired us at TC Hafford Basement Systems to get the job done! Our crew got started by installing a new SuperSump pump to remove any collected water from the basement. Feeding directly into this sump, a WaterGuard piping system was installed around the perimeter of the basement floor. Buried beneath the floors surface, this piping will pull in any future leaks before they reach the inside of the basement. Now any water will be diverted out of the home without causing flooding in this homeowner’s basement again!

Homeowners from Eastport, ME were excited for help with their wet basement. They already had sump pump that wasn't keeping up, and they said they would love to not have to worry about the wet basement anymore. We installed a brand new TripleSafe sump pump, the top of the line in pump systems. The TripleSafe features two Zoeller pumps, one that acts as a back up in case of pump failure, or they can work together to handle higher capacity water events. The TripleSafe also has a battery back up to protect against power loss.
