Homeowners in Enfield, Maine experienced sagging floors in their home from improper support in the crawl space. When moisture gets into a crawl space it can cause mold and rot on the wooden beams, which in turn causes issues like sagging floors. We installed SmartJacks and a new supplemental beam, all constructed with galvanized steel posts. The galvanized coating protects the steel so it won't rust.
