When we called TC Hafford Basement Systems we talked with their office staff to set up our free estimate and they did a very good job meeting our scheduling needs. The sales representative who then showed up to inspect our home was also very good, explaining how the products would affect our home. Once we decided to go through with the work, the installation crew who arrived were organized and worked well. The work they did seems to be working as intended so far! 

After seeing TC Hafford Basement Systems on TV and in the newspaper, I decided to give them a call to get my own basement waterproofed. When I called, I was greeted by their excellent office staff who helped set up my free estimate. The sales representatives’ presentation was well done and the installation crew who got the job done was very professional. Since I got the work done, so far so good! So far so good. Can't wait until it pours next spring, looking forward to a dry basement. Have not heard the pump yet, but assume it has been doing its job.
