When I called TC Hafford Basement Systems to have some pipes in my basement repaired, the office staff did a very good job setting up my free estimate. The sales representative who arrived was thorough in assessing my problem. When the installation crew arrived, they did a very good job repairing my basement. Overall, I was very much satisfied. My only regret was that I didn’t have this work done sooner!
