This customer in Athol, MA contacted us because he was watching water running down the slope of his back yard into his basement. Our team installed our patented CleanSpace wall vapor and moisture barrier as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this homeowner can be sure his basement will be dry despite the hilly terrain.

This homeowner in West Brookfield, MA was furious seeing water constantly seep into his basement during rainstorms. This part of the basement in particular was seeing the most puddles, so we prevented this floor from getting wet by installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system that creates a small gap between itself and the wall, as it's placed on top of the footing to intercept any water coming in! This water then gets channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump we installed to discharge the water far and away from this basement to keep it dry! 

This New Braintree homeowner has a cinder block wall basement that was always damp or wet, and wanted to have a drainage system installed to solve the problem. We resolved their issue by installing our Triple Safe WaterGuard system, which eliminates any future water damage in their basement.
