In the after picture, notice the dying concrete where WaterGuard sub-floor drainage has been installed. At the foot of the stairs you can see where a TrenchDrain has been put into place. 

A customer in Northborough, MA was complaining that the water seeping into his basement wasn't getting into his sump pump system, causing a very wet floor for him to deal with. To make sure that water will in fact reach this sump pump, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. Due to this system covering the whole interior perimeter, all of the water seepage from the walls will be collected and channeled to his sump pump. Now, this customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles! 

This finished basement in Northborough, MA was taking water on through several areas around the finished basement. A customer in Boylston called, reporting years of water collection in his basement. He already had a sump pump, but he knew it wasn't working efficiently. DryZone Basement Systems installed a new SuperSump sump pump and subfloor drainage to move the water to the pump. Now water is collected and pumped out of the home and away from the foundation.
