This homeowner in Southborough, MA couldn't stand the smell she was experiencing everyday coming from her basement. The moisture in the basement was overwhelming, causing humidity levels to rise. Luckily, we came to save the day by installing our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to reduce relative humidity and applied CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture out! 

This customer from Mendon, MA had an industrial sized basement with plans of becoming the main hangout spot. To do so, the customer wanted to begin with a vapor barrier, such as our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. We covered the walls with the thick polyethylene material to keep moisture out, which will benefit this customer because the chances of mold growth and humidity have decreased! 

This homeowner in West Kingston, RI reached out to us because their crawl space was a very moist environment and mold was starting to grow in it. Our inspector, Nick, went out to the home to assess the space and drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew first removed any debris that was in the space and then sprayed our Mold-X2 spray to clean and prevent mold going forward. They laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor of the crawl space to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. Then they insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation and TerraBlock floor insulation which regulate temperature and don't deteriorate over time. The crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep humidity low year-round. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawl space is in good condition.
