There was a homeowner in Milford, MA that needed a new sump pump for her basement due to the amount of water she was receiving. That water wasn't going anywhere, causing a disturbance such as dampness and humidity. Our inspector and production crew teamed up to come up with a plan and installed our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this homeowner with a sump that can discharge water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup battery system! 

The owner of this Milford, MA home reached out with moisture concerns in their basement and wanted some solutions. Moisture issues in fieldstone foundation basements are very common so our team was ready to take on this project! They installed a TripleSafe sump pump system with WaterGuard pipe around the perimeter of the basement. Also along the perimeter, CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier was installed. The vapor barrier will stop moisture seepage from the walls from getting in the basement and direct any water into the WaterGuard for removal by the sump pump.

In this Smithfield, RI basement, water was leaking in the area where they had recently added a patio, addition, and pool. After contacting DryZone for some help getting it under control, our inspector and the homeowners agreed that all those components put stress on the foundation and could see it caused a crack. For wall cracks we use our FlexiSpan system to seal up the crack and create a drain in case the seal doesn’t hold up, then the water would fall into that system and not the floor. The installation crew ends the repair with a layer of CleanSpace for a clean look and a little more added protection against leaks.

A homeowner in Johnston, RI needed a drainage system for their leaking basement. She was worried that all of the water standing in her basement would make it damp and cold, so she called us for help. But luckily, we came in to clean out all of the debris so we could wrap the whole crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier!
