This basement in Franklin, MA had some cracks in the wall that were pausing the owner’s renovation projects. We were able to mend those cracks using our FlexiSpan system, sealing them and adding a layer of protectant so that water could not leak through.

In Providence, RI a homeowner was experiencing major flooding in their basement so they gave us a call. Our inspector, Jake, drew up a plan that would waterproof the basement completely. Our crew, lead by Foreman Julius, started waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier which protects the basement walls from water damage and directs any water it encounters into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard was installed along the entire perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was set up to keep humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the SuperSump Plus sump pump.The SuperSump Plus takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through a discharge line. The IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can feel confident that they won't find their basement flooded again!

In Providence, RI this wall crack wasn’t leaking, but the owner was not ready to risk it eventually getting to that point and wanted it sealed. Luckily, we have just the trick to fill the crack to prevent any leaking or issues, our FlexiSpan system! With this system, we can fill the crack with a polyurethane sealant that can move with the crack over the seasons and won’t chip away. Then the second layer of drainage is added, if the crack were to ever leak and go through the first layer then the next layer will protect the basement.
