This homeowner in Wakefield, RI gave us call because their crawl space was humid and had an odor from the excessive moisture building inside of it. Our inspector, Connor, went to the home to assess the crawl space and draw up a solution. On installation day, Foreman Julius and his crew arrived at the home ready to make Connor's plan a reality. They first removed all of the debris that was in their way and then laid down drainage matting which allows water to flow under and out of the space instead of pooling inside of it. Then they fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Once the encapsulation was complete, the crew installed our EverLast Door over the crawl space entrance to further seal it off from being effected by the outdoor weather. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about the conditions of their crawl space.

A wet basement in North Providence would always have water trickling down the walls and emerging out of the floor of the foundation. This was bringing in moisture, the possibility of mold growth, and musty odors. To keep the moisture to a low, we placed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the walls. This creates a layer of a thick white liner to block out the outside moisture form trying to get in. 

A customer in Holliston, MA was constantly dealing with his damp crawlspace. There was some mold growth due to excess amounts of moisture getting in, so it was time to change things! With CleanSpace vapor barrier installed, this crawlspace has moved on from its dark, cold days. Less moisture getting in means less chances of mold growth and odors. We also placed in SilverGlo wall insulation to reflect heat back in, heating up the area!

There was a homeowner in Cranston, RI that was in need of a waterproofing system for his basement. Water was coming from the foundation walls and left several puddles. Along with water seeping in, moisture was also finding its way through the walls. Luckily, our production crew lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture out and installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system on the inside perimeter to capture and drain wall seepage!
