This home in Middletown, RI was receiving multiple heavy rain storms, resulting in a flooding disaster! An inch of water was enough for the homeowner to realize he needed a waterproofing system to keep his basement bone-dry. Our inspector visited the home, and wrote a solution. The solution that occurred was one of our production team members installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard collects the water seepage, while the TripleSafe does a fantastic job at pushing that water out, up to 6,200 gallons per hour to be exact! Lastly, we plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the humid air, ensuring mold growth doesn't happen! 

This basement in East Walpole, MA had some major cracks that were allowing water to seep in, saturating the wall and making its way onto the floor. With plans in the near future to sell, the cracks had to be sealed with something reliable and long-lasting. A customer from East Walpole, MA spotted a wall crack coming from the corner of his basement window. Water had been slowly seeping through this intrusion point which led to him calling us for a wall crack repair solution. He wanted to avoid any mold growth or water damage that can arise from leaking basement walls, so our production crew performed a thorough FlexiSpan wall crack repair solution to permanently seal the deal! This flexible sealant is perfect for ensuring no water is able to pass through. 

A customer in East Walpole, MA wanted to seal a basement wall crack he spotted that was coming from the corner of the window. Unfortunately, this intrusion point was leaking in water, so our production foreman installed our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to seal it up. No water will be able to pass through due to the multiple layers of flexible polyurethane and permeable membrane that were applied to the crack. 

This basement in Mansfield, MA was going through a rough patch in it's life because water was continuously seeping through the floor. The one corner where water seemed to be the issue was near the bulkhead stairs, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump there to save the day! Now, this corner will stay dry since water will be pumped out. To ensure all the water in the corner was being channeled to the sump properly, we installed a TrenchDrain at the doorway entrance along with a WaterGuard drainage system to help.
