This crack was found in a Somerset, MA basement and was letting water seep in after big rains. We used our FlexiSpan system to fill the crack, creating a flexible seal in the crack and then adding another layer that would direct water to a drywell if it were to ever leak.

A customer in Somerset, MA was getting water in from the entrance of the bulkhead. This entrance had several openings that allowed water to seep right though. This caused some puddles to form around the doorway and it was bringing in moisture that can cause mold to grow or even damage to materials. We provided a quick and effective solution, the TrenchDrain! This elongated drainage system will remove excess surface water from an area and is covered with a grate. Now, the customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles!
