This faulty sump pump located in Newport, RI was discovered to have a broken float switch. The switch was stuck in the "on" position which forced the system to go in overdrive and constantly run! This caused the system to eventually breakdown, which is why we provided our new TripleSafe sump pump option! Our system is much more powerful with 3 pumps working with each other.
