A homeowner from Portsmouth, RI called us saying that their old sump pump finally gave in and stopped working during a rainstorm. To help this customer, our production team took out the old sump and replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this basement with triple the protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup electrical pump! 

A Portsmouth, RI, customer called our appointment center because she was looking for an estimate on crawlspace encapsulation. Our inspector evaluated the crawlspace and informed the customer that our CleanSpace vapor barrier was the best solution to prevent moisture from getting in. After an agreement was made, our production crew placed some drainage matting onto the floor and then covered the whole area with our vapor barrier. Notice how clean and dry the crawlspace looks now? This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering.
