Our inspector, Trevor, went to the home to assess the crawl space's issues and provide a free estimate. Our foreman, MJ, and his crew cleaned out the crawl space and then installed our SmartPipe drainage system around the perimeter of the crawl space floor. They also replaced the existing sump pump with our SuperSump Plus sump pump to more efficiently send water out and away from the crawl space. Next, the crew installed our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate the temperature of the space. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, they set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind when it comes to their crawl space!

This home in East Greenwich, RI had fallen insulation and an ineffective plastic liner, not providing much protection from moisture in the crawl space.
