A customer from Norwood, MA saw a steam of water coming from his basement window and down to the concrete flood. This home in Watertown, MA was undergoing some renovations and it was time for the basement to get some much needed work! The owners wanted to finish the basement but it had some previous signs of water and moisture so they knew they had to protect their investment and waterproof the space. Part of that process included installing our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to protect the drywalls from moisture, reducing the risk of mold growth and damage.

This corner was the lowest point in the basement so it was an ideal spot to put a SuperSump Plus system without the support of a drainage system. The dehumidifier that was also installed could drain right into the sump.
