This homeowner in Weymouth, MA reached out to us after water seeped into a corner of their basement after a heavy rainstorm. Our crew, lead by Foreman MJ, arrived at the home on installation day and began waterproofing the effected corner by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace directs seepage from the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed in the floor to also collect groundwater. That water is channeled into our SuperSump Plus sump pump which was installed in the same corner and sends all of the water out of the basement through a discharge line. Our IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains.

When this customer called our appointment center, he was asking about a sump pump replacement job he wanted to do. His old sump pump at the time had worn out from old age, and it was starting to make noises that didn't sound appealing. After our inspector informed the customer about our TripleSafe sump pump, they both agreed to have the product replace the current sump pump system. After the production crew replaced it, the customer was excited to have a more modern, well protected sump system for his basement.

For wall cracks, we use our FlexiSpan system, a warrantied wall crack repair system where we clean up the crack opening and seal it with a polyurethane polymer and then seal it again with a draining sealant. With the draining sealant, in the slim chance your crack leaks, any water that comes through will get caught in the system and brought down to drain, keeping it off the basement floors. Then we like to put a layer of our Cleanspace over it to seal it and make it look nice.
