A homeowner in East Dennis, MA wanted to transform her dirt crawlspace into a more protected one. The dirt was exposing the crawlspace to moisture and insects, which was an inconvenience. To help with the matter, our production crew installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor to keep moisture out and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to lower the humidity!

In Dennis, MA we were able to help this homeowner with their basement that was experiencing a lot of moisture and eventual mold. After the mold was taken care of and removed, we were able to add our vapor barrier, CleanSpace, to the walls for a layer of protection from moisture. This barrier will keep any water or moisture coming from the wall out of the inside of the basement, exactly where it shouldn’t be.

A customer in West Dennis, MA started to see mold growing onto the wooden support posts in his damp crawlspace, and he knew it needed help as soon as possible. Here we have our WaterGuard Drainage System being installed in a home in South Dennis, MA. This system will catch any water seeping from the walls or floor before it gets and possibly floods your basement floor. Then the water in the system will flow to a sump pump where it will work to pump the water out of the basement through a discharge. In this case, our TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System was added in front of the water heater to collect water from the surface so that a possible leak from the heater will fall into the drain or vice versa, water on the basement floor won’t reach the heater.

With most of the water coming in through the outside entrance, our specialist knew the installation of our TrenchDrain system would be a perfect addition to the project. We install the TrenchDrain like our Waterguard, with the drain sitting below the floors surface and the top, in this case, the drain, even with the floor. This way any water that could make its way in that’s no along a wall will be captured by the grated drain and will fall into the drain that’s connected to the Waterguard and then the sump. It’s then finished with a fresh coat of concrete to seal it in and finish the job!
