After recently purchasing this home, our customer decided to waterproof the entire basement before finishing it. They installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system with CleanSpace Wall and a new TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

The customer owns a three-family town house in South Boston. The basement would flood and ruin personal items stored down there. Some of these items were irreplaceable and the customer never wanted to experience this again. Waterproofing the basement was the answer to the problem. 

Patrick Cahill, our system design specialist proposed a full waterproofing system to keep this customer's basement dry. The customer in Westerly also used us to waterproof his second property nearby. 

The tall crawlspace in the Westerly, Rhode Island property was very damp and dirty. There was water and dirt coming up from the ground causing mud. The home owner had seen an ad for DryZone Basement Systems and contacted us for a free estimate. The project consisted of encapsulating the crawlspace and making sure it was safe from any moisture or water. A sump pump system was also installed as a precautionary measure.

Working in a basement environment is often hard because there are obstacles in the way that cannot be moved. Obstacles such as pipes, ductwork, water tanks and electrical boxes, to name a few. We do our best to work around these obstacles while also installing the correct products to keep your basement dry.
