The home owner in Greenwich, Rhode Island was looking for a solution to their damp and musty crawl space and contacted DryZone Basement Systems for a free estimate. Their damp and musty crawl space was also affecting their basement area that they wanted to one day finish with DryZone as well! After meeting our system design specialist Patrick Cahill they came up with a solution for installing a vapor barrier and drainage matting in the crawl. 

The customer in Medway, Massachusetts had an older sump pump system which was installed by a previous owner of the property. The current home owner knew that the pump did not work properly and questioned it many times during rain storms. He was always nervous for his home to flood. He called DryZone and replaced his existing pump with a TripleSafe system. He will no longer have a concern during storms. The TripleSafe is equipped with a battery back up system in case of a power outage. 

The homeowner and realtor at this property were looking to improve the home before listing it. One major project was the basement. The owner has been dealing with a poor sump pump and has always had ground water appear after rain storms.

DryZone installed a Zoeller m53 pump to keep the water out of the home where the previous sump could not keep up. The realtor and client were very pleased with the increased property value and peace of mind!
