This homeowner in Chatham, MA gave us a call because their crawl space was humid and had a musty smell. Our crew started working on the crawl space by removing all debris and then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor. Once the drainage matting was in place, the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now that the crawl space is encapsulated and humidity in the space is controlled, the homeowner will no longer have to worry about that musty odor!

This damp crawlspace in North Chatham, MA was completely transformed by the end of the two-day installation. You can see the difference in the color of the wooden rim joists. The before picture shows wet wood, and the after photo shows a completely dry piece of wood.

This customer lives in North Chatham, MA and was looking to upgrade his home. One of the ways he was going to do that was to fix up his unfinished basement downstairs!
