This homeowner in Buckland, MA had a lot of water entering their basement through the door that leads outside. As seen in the "before" photo, the stairs were constantly damp from water seeping into them. During the waterproofing process, one of the main focuses was to control the water coming in from this area, so our crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain at the base of the stairs to catch that excess water. The water collected in the TrenchDrain would then be filtered through the WaterGuard drainage system and into the TripleSafe sump pump that was also installed. With the TrenchDrain and our other products installed, the homeowner no longer has to worry about water entering through the basement door.

After buying this home in Southampton, MA, the new owners reached out wanting to get a check on the sump pump system we installed a few years prior to keep up with the annual maintenance of the system. Our technician took the system apart to clean it thoroughly and was able to walk the new homeowners through how the TripleSafe system works and answer all their questions. He then put the system back together and tested it to make sure it was in good working order!

This customer had an existing sump pump in his basement but didn't feel safe with it any longer. The system started to slowly lack in performance which resulted in a wet floor a couple of times. To prevent this issue in the future, we replaced this old system with our TripleSafe sump pump, which is known for the 3 levels or protection it provides.
