Before & After Photos

At this home in Greenfield, MA we installed WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage as well as our TrenchDrain in an effort to remove water that leaked into the basement.

In the before photo, you will notice significant water damage to the floors and walls, including at the bottom of the stairs, from where water leaks and seeps into the basement.

In the after photo, you will see that our CleanSpace vapor barrier has been applied to the walls in an effort to keep water and mold from entering the basement. At the bottom of the stairs is a TrenchDrain to move water away and to the sump pump, which will direct it out of and away from the home. The drying concrete strip is where our WaterGuard sub-floor draining system has been installed. This too, will move water to the sump pump.

This customer had not even a hint that there was a poor attempt to waterproof his basement before he moved in. The previous company actually did what most people would refer to as a "hack job".The foundation was torn up along the perimeter but was only filled with crushed stone without the required pipe.  We are proud to report that our South Hadley, MA customernow has a properly installed basement waterproofing system complete with TrenchDrain, WaterGuard, a SuperSump and a Waterscape Outlet.
