I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the work your crew completed recently on my basement. The team, led by Corey were professional, courteous, and neat and they literally transformed my basement into something I never thought I would see or be able to use. There’s been a couple of rains where normally I would have seen some water coming in but so far, it’s been dry as a bone down there. So we’re now anticipating a usable area for storage and projects. This has created usable space for us by 25%....So, again I want to say well done, and also recognize Tom your salesman who came out, on time, and assessed the situation of which you guys delivered completely so far.

The technicians were great. They assessed the issue, communicated it to me in detail including future parts/service that would potentially be required. Fortunately they fixed the problem without additional service or parts being required.
