When they were drilling, it was dusty around the perimeter and that got all washed away at the end. I was very impressed with the overall system and how efficient and effective it seemed to be. I had a truly positive experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. The representative was pleasant, patient and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the basement system. He was thorough in explaining to us what we needed and why. He was not at all pushy and trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He explained the process from beginning to end and at that point we were convinced that this was the right company for us. The office person was also extremely pleasant and was willing to help answer any questions we had after the initial visit. The appointment was made and when the guys came they got right to work and did they all worked together as a team. There was no standing around wondering what to do next. It was all planned out beforehand and the work was done in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I am confident I won't have to worry during the next torrential rain storm. The system is in place. Only time will tell.

This was a great Experience all around. We never felt as though we were being "sold".  All of our options were given and our sales guy Tom. He helped us make the right decision for us at this time. The Whole Dry Zone team was great from the salesman to the office, and especially the installation crew.

Dan Gallinger went above and beyond. He gave us pricing on two systems and we made our decision. We chose Dryzone after getting estimates and information from a few companies. We found Dryzone employees to be prompt at returning calls and very forthcoming with answers to all of our questions.
