The two reasons we chose NBS was for their excellent reputation and that their work is backed up with a warranty. Our sales representative did an excellent job explaining how our water problem could be repaired. He was very personable and professional. The crew arrived as discussed, they even called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of schedule. The installation crew was awesome. They were hard working and polite. The clean up was great. They left the job in A-1 condition. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend NBS. There's been a lot of rain here lately, and the best part is our basement is finally dry...the 1st time in years!

This is the second time we have used NBS. (They installed a dry-trac system in our crawlspace last year.)
