I heard about your company from an ad on TV, as well as a nearby home where work was in progress. When I called NBS, the office staff was very courteous and helpful. Our inspector Dennis had an excellent presentation, and answered all of my questions. With the recommendations from previous customers, we chose NBS. When it came time to install, not only did the crew arrive on time, but they were very courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend your company.

They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner.

Pre and post calls were appreciated. Representative was Excellent! Very Professional + knowledgable. Reasonable price and was able to see exactly what would be done by the package of materials sent out prior to inspection. The crew leader even called from 25 miles away to alert me.
