Isaac noticed the floor of his crawl space was allowing water to seep through. He didn't know how to fix it, so he gave Ayers a call. Our team went to assess the issue and make a recommendation. They recommended CleanSpace, an antimicrobial vapor barrier installed on the floors and walls of the crawl space, preventing moisture and mold growth. Isaac is excited to have a clean and fresh crawl space! 

Sue already encapsulated her crawl space, although there were minor water seepage issues to address. She called Ayers to recommend waterproofing systems. Our crew decided to install our SuperSump Plus and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The SuperSump is a horsepower pump designed to handle the occasional water leaks she experienced down there. It can pump 2,200 gallons of water an hour at an 8-foot head. SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is the world's most efficient, highest-performing dehumidifier and filtration system. By keeping the air dry and clean, mold and musty odors will no longer infest Sue's crawl space. The frustrating water intrusion is finally taken care of!

One of our customers in Brutus needed our help keeping water out of their basement. So, we came to the home to solve the issue once and for all. The perfect solution we determined was CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick plastic liner that fits into the crawl space, completely sealing the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for durability to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Thanks to CleanSpace, this home will be much safer and cleaner.

A customer called Ayers with a few issues happening in their crawlspace. The walls of the crawlspace were having some problems with water entering in. On top of this issue, they wanted to insulate the crawlspace, making it warmer. 

Our CleanSpace works to encapsualte the entire space of the crawlspace. This prevents moisture, dust, and dirt from entering the crawlspace. The moisture entering in this crawlspace prior to laying the CleanSpace was and can cause mold to enter. After the CleanSpace is installed, this crawlspace will not have any issue with mold. 

We then add SliverGlo, attaching it to the walls of the crawlspace. The SilverGlo is a highly effective graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. SliverGlo improves insular properties by 24% while offering an economical insulation option for crawlspaces. 

Our customer Perry and Clare contacted us with an issue...condensation in their crawlspace.  This is caused by not having the neccesary protections and insulation installed in the crawlspace.  Inadequate crawlspace systems can have issues in the winter that can lose homeowners both money, and piece of mind.  For most crawlspaces, we recommend installing a vapor barrier called CleanSpace; as well as a wall insulation material called SilverGlo.  CleanSpace is able to provide a barrier from the cold temperatures coming from the ground while also helping to eliminate any of those creepy crawlie animals that can often live right below us.  SilverGlo goes on the crawlspace walls to help futher insulate and seperate the house from the ground.  This can save large amounts of money over time as well as help to warm up the floors above it.
