An inspection determined that water was leaking through the foundation, and the CleanSpace system would be perfect! CleanSpace utilizes a waterproof liner that encapsulates the whole space, creating a moisture barrier. CleanSpace looks good and functions even better!

Michael and Joyce needed a new vapor barrier for their crawlspace as their previous liner had deteriorated. The couple contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems for a home inspection. The team concluded that moisture levels within the crawlspace were high, and water was becoming an issue. The couple opted for the CleanSpace system as it would solve all their worries! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that encapsulates the whole space preventing moisture from getting through! It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.   

Tim and Tabitha were absolutely thrilled with how the installation went. Tim's allergies have been much better since we completed the job and they are delighted to be able to use the space for storage and give the basement a purpose.
