Outside pressures can often cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.

Mark from Muskegon, MI needed his basement waterproofed. After going out for our free inspection, we decided that the best case of action was to suggest to Mark that we install our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain.

As its name states, WaterGuard rests below your floor slab, but on top of the foundation footing. This is important because now that it’s on top of the footing, mud will not get into the drain and clog it, simply because the drain is not sitting in the mud. The WaterGuard also has a drain outlet directly to the sump pump and will not cause any damage to the foundation. Also, since it's installed below the floor slab, you won't even be able to notice that it's there once it's completely installed.

Tonnie was having flooding issues in the basement of his office building. He called our team to help him fix this problem. He needed us to install the WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump after regular work hours so his business would not be interrupted. Our team was able to work with his requests and get his basement dry within just a few days. WaterGuard is an indoor drainage system that is protecting Tonnie's basement from water damage by catching any leakage from higher walls or floors before it reaches his basement floor. TripleSafe is a Sump Pump system that’s main goal is to keep his basement dry. It is powered by batteries which allows it to protect his basement from floods even during power outages.

The sidewalk and concrete around the pool was unlevel so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Lisa called our team because she wanted her basement to be turned into a liveable space so we installed an egress window and well. Most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. In addition, egress windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. These windows also provide lots of natural light.
