Kathy and Stephen were recently scared when they were forced to enter their Michigan basement because of a tornado warning, where they realized significant water issues. After conducting an inspection, our team suggested our WaterGuard system in combination with the TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace liner. These systems were later implemented and worked together to prevent water issues in Kathy and Stephen's home!

Crawl space leaks are never fun, and cleaning up the mess is even worse. Tim hated dealing with his crawl space and contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems to find a solution. We installed 3ft and 7ft SmartJacks throughout the basement, strengthening the beams and stabilizing the home above.

A falling crawl space is never a good thing. That's why this Elk Rapids customer gave us a call. After a free and professional inspection, we determined that the use of our patented SmartJack crawl space stabilizer was necessary to support this crawl space. SmartJack provides supplemental support to crawl spaces and can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, taking them back to their original position. No need to worry about this crawl space any longer!
