The homeowners had a little bit of water coming into their basement through the crack where the floor and the wall meet. It was not a ton of water, but they decided to get it checked and fixed anyway. The homeowners decision to waterproof their basement at the first sign of the water getting into their home only saved them time and money in the end. The problem won't resolve itself, it will only get worse so it is best to solve the problem right when it starts to happen. 

To waterproof the homeowners basement our professional team installed our WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard system sits on the top of the footing in order to prevent clogging from mud or other debris. The system works by capturing water seepage from the floors and walls before it has a chance to damage your basement. Once the water is trapped in the drain it is immediately sent to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home keeping your basement clean and dry. 

The before picture shows what the WaterGuard system looks like once it was it position and the after picture shows what the WaterGuard system looks like after it is all installed and covered with a clean layer of concrete. 

The homeowners noticed that there was a corner in the basement that had some water issues. The water that was coming in was pooling, leaving about 2 inches of water in the basement. We installed the WaterGuard to collect the water and drain it to the sump pump. We also installed the SuperSump which is where the WaterGuard drains the water and then it is discharged out of the home to keep the basement dry. Lastly, we instaled the SaniDry to blow warm, dry air in the basement to keep the basement dry!

Andrew was having some water issues in his basment. Only one area had the water coming in and the sump pump was on the other side of the basement so that the water wants draining. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system that is installed under the floor but ontop of the foundation so the drain won't clog. The system collects water that seeps into the basement and drains it to the sump pump.
