Carol has water coming into her basment from the windows and the floor. There is standing water now and the sump pump is on the other side of the basement from where the water is coming in. We installed the SuperSump Pump System to keep the water out of the basement. We paired it with the WaterGuard system which is a drain installed under the floor to collect water that seeps in. The water that is collected is drained to the sump pump to be discharged outside of the home.

This home had some water issues in the basement. We installed the WaterGuard to keep the area water free. The WaterGuard is a drain system that is under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the area where the drain could clog. The system collects water that gets into the basement and sends it to the sump pump where it is discharged outside of the home.

Mark D's basement floor tiles was unsightly and cold. We installed our Thermal Elite Plank Flooring that mimjics hardwood flooring but they are waterproof!  

Lance gets water in his basement during heavy rain. He thinks it comes in where the floor meets the wall. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain that is installed under the floor but above the foundation so that it won't clog and collects water that seeps in. The water that is collected is drained to the sump pump and then discharged outside the home. We also installed the SaniDry XP to keep the basement dry. This dehumidifier keeps dry air circulating throughout the space, drying out your basement. The water that is collected can be drained into a sump pump or a section of your perimeter drain.

Ryan recently bought this East Lansing home and noticed that there were some water issues in the basement. The basement was partically finished so the homeowner had to rip up the carpet and take down some drywall since it was damaged but they also needed to find where the water was coming from. We installed WaterGuard for him which is a French drain system that collects water that seeps into the home and drains it to the sump pump where it will be drained outside the home. This system is installed under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the "mud zone" so that the drain won't clog.
