Fred's partially finished basement was dealing with water intrusion. He quickly grew sick of mopping the water on his own. He called Ayers for our waterproofing solutions. Our system design specialist inspected this area and determined our WaterGuard system would efficiently keep the water off the floor. This interior drainage system collects the leaks and directs the water to his sump pump. This solution will prevent water from pooling onto the ground. This specially designed piping rests in the subfloor of the basement along the perimeter. The final step was concealing the drain with concrete. Now Fred has a seamless, low-maintenance system keeping his basement dry!

Bobby had contacted Ayers and set up a home inspection to address the cracks in his foundation. The team at Ayers determined from a review that the FlexiSpan system would be a perfect solution. The FlexiSpan system seals off the cracks with a unique adhesive that provides a watertight seal and adhesive capabilities. Next, a waterproofing membrane is installed overtop of the cracks to provide additional waterproofing. Bobby was thrilled that he had found a permanent solution for his foundation!

Frank and Kathy needed new discharge lines installed, so they contacted Ayers. The Ayers team conducted a home inspection and determined where the new lines would be plumbed. The team suggested the LawnScape outlet for the end of the discharge line. The outlet is low profile and sits flush with the lawn meaning it won't be a problem when it comes to mowing or other activities! Frank and Kathy were thrilled with the final look of the outlet!

Austin had issues with his crawl space vent as water was leaking in. Austin decided to contact Ayers to find a watertight solution! After conducting a review, the team at Ayers suggested an EverLast Access Well and Door to seal off the area! The EverLast door is made of rigid plastic, which will last a lifetime and provides a watertight seal to the home! Additionally, the EverLast Well makes the space look better and will provide filtration for any water near the window! Austin was thrilled he had found a permanent solution for his home!

Elizabeth was hoping to get a newer sump pump to give her even more protection than the current one she had. She trusted Ayers to suggest the best addition, so she gave us a call. Our System Design Specialists agreed that our TripleSafe Sump Pump System would be even more efficient at tackling any water leaks. This is a three-pump system fitting in one durable liner. The first pump will do most of the job, the second is a backup pump, and the last pump is battery-operated for power failures. Now Elizabeth will never have to sweat about water leaks damaging her home!
