Nell had a moisture issue in her crawl space that she wanted fixed to protect the home. To get rid of the moisture and keep the home safe we installed Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SmartSump, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Drainage Matting has raised dimples in it which direct the water to the sump pump to be dispelled outside the home. CleanSpace is a thick liner that prevents water vapor, pests, and humidity from entering into the space. The SmartSump is a sump pump designed for a crawl space and protects from leaks or floods. The SaniDry has a small size, perfect for the crawl space, and keeps the area dry.

Nell had some water and moisture in her crawl space that she would like to remove so her home is safe. We wanted to make sure her crawl space was dry to protect her home from mold, rot, and odors. We first used Drainage Matting to give water a channel to flow through and be sent to the sump pump. We then installed the CleanSpace Liner which is thick and durable. It keeps out pests, mold, water vapor, and humidity to keep the crawl space dry. Lastly to make sure the space was really dry, we installed the SaniDry Sedona which has a small size so it can easily fit into the area. It blows dry air throughout and filters the air making it the perfect addition to the crawl space encapsulation!

Sue called us to fix her crawl space because her partially finished basement was getting damp in the spring with the rain and critters had torn up some insulation. She wanted the crawl space to be sealed off to keep out the critters and keep the crawl space/house warmer and dry. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier. This liner looks like a pool liner but is more durable and keeps humidity and water vapor from passing through it. By keeping your crawl space dry, it also helps protect your structure and insulation from mold and rot. Using the CleanSpace liner to seal off the crawl space keeps the critters out so that the insulation is safe and the area could be used for extra storage. 

Carrie and Aaron have a partially finished basement that has been flooding. Water is coming through the wall and it covers the entire basement floor. Tired of dealing with water intrusion, they called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system utilizes a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls and act as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for Carrie and Aaron and put a stop to all water intrusion immediately.

Amanda's home in Casnovia, MI, was built in 1900 and needed crawl space encapsulation to eradicate the musty smells and dampness. CleanSpace is a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a barrier between the moist soil and the home. The liner covers the crawl space floor and walls.
