Tom and Mike, the work was finally able to start and complete last Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, after a number of months of review and back and forth. I would like to thank you both for your work in putting the plan and project together. The completed space looks outstanding. I would like to tell you about the folks who did the work, if you remember the space was tight, wet and a large amount of trash. Terry and Ryan spent the first day underground and did a fantastic job cleaning and prepping the space for the ultimate installation of insulation, CleanSpace and SaniDry. They stayed late to complete this clean up and in my eyes deserve accommodation for a JOB WELL DONE! Come Friday, Terry and Ryan returned along with Cesar and Juan. These four guys worked about 13 hours each to complete the job. I found these four individuals to be extremely courteous, hardworking and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied and complete the job with the highest quality. This is the third job Ayers Basement Systems has done for our family, my brother and mother had work done previously and because of the quality see on those repairs made me to only choose Ayers for this repair. And I was not disappointed by the workmanship or quality people these four young men were. I have no hesitation in recommending Ayers Basement Systems to anyone. Again, Terry, Ryan, Cesar and Juan are outstanding young men and hard workers who provide quality service. You should be proud to have these men on your Ayers team.

What was your impression of the installation crew? Very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Polite, and I think the crew went above and beyond their duties to make my crawlspace dry and clean. Todd Lovas is a great asset to the company. His professionally answered all our questions without any hesitiation. The way Todd presented the company we were really impressed. Todd and the crew seemed very trustworthy individuals.

We first saw your company at our local home show. The salesman that came to our home and did our estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. We are satisfied with the work performed. The crew were very hard workers.

It is a pleasure to write to you to let you know you have a valuable employee. Donovan P. was the lead man in my Ayers install for five days last week. Donavon was articulate, personable, proud of his work, and eager to please. The install went on time even with an additional part needed and the clean up and explanation of the operation were clear. I am so happy to write you this letter. 

We own a lakefront home. We had moisture, musty odors and other structural issues in our crawlspace. Ayers did the crawlspace and foundation repair work in May-June 2012. We are extremely pleased with their work. We wish we had this crawlspace work done 19 years ago! Our crawlspace is clean and drying rapidly. Ayers' crew, lead by foreman Nate, was very professional and top notch. Tim Doyle, our Project Manager from Ayers was also very professional and honest in his assessment.

We hear Ayers Basement Systems commercial on the radio. They were very courteous, the work was very satisfactory and the office staff was courteous and profesional.

On a follow-up call with Erika, she shared that her electrician had gone down into the crawl space the day after our crew finished the encapsulation to hook up the dehumidifier. He was just blown away by the work that had been done. He thought it looked amazing. That night, her crawl space became the talk of the town bar. She went on to say that it doesn't smell musty anymore, that she's breathing clean air and that she is definitely noticing a huge difference.

We appreciate all the work and effort put into our project! Keaghan, Anthony, and Adonis were professional and did an unbelievable job! I can't wait to have them back to finish after our house project is complete! 

I chose Ayers based on the recommendation of a trusted friend (He was right, as usual!). Dennis was very knowledgable when presenting the problems/solutions. I appreciated the "evidence-based" science behind the system. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how respectful and polite the installation crew was. I was also pleased with how they honored my request to use a certain access point as much as possible.  

Vic Riojas was excellent and very helpful to us. I've known Virgil Ayers for years. I know what kind of man he is. I never considered calling any other company. 

Ken was very informative. We read the book that was sent to me which helped me ask the right questions. The crew that did the install in our home were great and very polite! They informed of us everything they were doing every step of the way.  We chose Ayers because out of 3 estimates, Ken was the only one who actually took the time to look and  explain in depth what was needed. He answered all of my questions and we knew we were in good hands by the way he spoke with such knowledge and such confidence that the uneasiness of having the work done had left. The book that was sent to me was awesome! I read the entire book front to back! It helped me with my other estimates. I knew what questions to ask and what the answers should be concerning. I was thankful for it!  Ayers transformed my crawlspace from an unpleasant environment to completely finished with their CleanSpace product. My floors are warmer, the earth smell is gone and my home is cleaner with less dust. I have a fear of rodents, snakes or any other animal getting down in my crawlspace.
