A homeowner in Flushing, MI requested an inspection from HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair to see if the company could level the concrete of their two-car garage. However, when Ted, the senior project manager, began the inspection, he knew this home had other concerns that would need to be addressed. The foreman, Ryan, led the team in lifting the garage back into its original place. They dug out the ground down to the foundation and used helical piers on two sides of the garage to lift it. After ensuring the house was secure, the space was filled with dirt. Other HomeSpec teams repaired the concrete cracks after the lift was completed.
