Our customer in Lynd, MN found our company at the New Ulm Home Show Booth and saw what we can do to improve the basement space by keeping it dry.  We upgraded their old, failing sump pump system with our SuperSump Premier Pump System which includes the best pump on the market, a powerful Zoeller 1/3 hp cast iron pump that will give our customers the capability of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour. 

Matt from Ortonville needed help with his dirt crawlspace that had a musty smell coming from it. Our Design Specialist, Chris Scharmer, met with him and found a solution to his problem.  Our CleanSpace prevents excess moisture in a dirt-floored crawl space that could cause mold and a musty smell. Along with SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier it will eliminate damp, musty odors in the crawl space by drying and filtering the air. The SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump protects vulnerable crawl spaces by combining an intelligent WaterWatch alarm system with a sump pump that's specifically designed for crawl spaces. 

A Garvin, Minnesota homeowner had a problematic basement. From bowing, leaking walls to mildew and moisture problems, he needed a permanent solution to transform his basement into a dry, safe space. He worked with System Design Specialist Dylan Woitas to create a solution. Crew Leader Ben Heldt and his team worked diligently to install the system, which is backed by a lifetime transferable warranty.

The before and after photo shows a typical sump pump that so many homeowners have in their homes. Not only was this sump pump ineffective, but because it wasn't sealed, gases and moisture could enter the home, which is a health concern. Our sump pump system is fully encapsulated, and this homeowner has a battery backup system as well, so if the power goes out, the sump pump will keep working, ensuring a dry space regardless of the weather!

Bowed and cracked foundation wall for our customer in Avoca, MN.  Our crew leader installed zinc coated, steel I-beams to support the block foundation wall. 

Our customer in Currie, MN needed help.  Their basement walls were bowing with  water seeping in. This homeowner was getting tired of dealing with the clean-up required every time it happened.  

Complete Basement Systems installed a waterproofing system along the foundation using WaterGuard, installed a new SuperSump pump system and steel zinc coated I-beams to support the bowing wall.
