Karen called us to replace multiple sump pumps in her basement, as well as reroute her current discharge system. The way her system was set up was not the most efficient. She had a rubber house that ran out the back of her house across her lawn, which you can imagine is not only unsightly, but it's asking for trouble. These hoses can easily freeze, clog, and over time, will crack or break due to exposure to the elements. Especially the frigid Minnesota winters.
