Before waterproofing, this basement showed clear signs of ongoing moisture intrusion. Water was entering along the foundation walls, leaving visible staining and damp block, classic indicators of hydrostatic pressure pushing water through the masonry. The space felt cold, unfinished, and unreliable, making it unusable for storage or future living space. Like many homeowners, they knew ignoring the problem would only lead to bigger issues down the road.

After installing a complete waterproofing system, this basement is now dry, protected, and ready for whatever the homeowner wants to use it for. We installed WaterGuard, an interior perimeter drainage system designed to capture wall and floor seepage and safely direct it away from the foundation. To further protect the space, we added CleanSpace, a durable vapor barrier that seals the walls, blocks moisture, and creates a cleaner, brighter environment.

Now this home is no longer vulnerable to water intrusion, just a dry, dependable space with guaranteed protection and peace of mind.

Our Mankato homeowner had an existing sump pump that just couldn't keep up with the amount of water that was attempting to enter his basement space. Our previous customer in Mankato contacted Complete Basement Systems to address a cracked foundation wall in their basement.  We had installed the PowerBrace wall system on a different wall years ago and over time hydrostatic pressure builds and causes pressure on walls.
