Andrea of Glencoe, MN has lived in her home for 20 years and contacted Completed Basement Systems to help with her checklist for the basement in replacing all her basement windows. 

A free estimate was scheduled with our design specialist to inspect the current windows, take some measurements and show her the window product line we offer.

Our EverLast windows are energy efficient and all vinyl.  These are installed to replace old, rusty and drafty ones.  The windows look much better, don't let wind in, have double-pane glass and never need paint. 

These windows are perfect for the damp environment close to the ground.

Travis in Arlington, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems about installing an Egress Window.  He had a small basement window there already and wanted to make it into an egress window.

We had previously done work down in this basement with PowerBraces and CleanSpace on the walls. However, this basement had some dampness, so we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump this time around to ensure no moisture gets in again.

Our PowerBrace Wall System will permanently stabilize your foundation walls.  Our project completed for our customer selling their home in Madison Lake, MN had a bowed and cracked wall.  That was a concern of potential buyers looking at this home and soon realized it needed to be fixed. 

Darlene K. of Le Sueur, MN was referred by a friend to address water coming into her basement after trying some wall remedies that didn't work.

A permanent waterproofing solution using WaterGuard Drainage System along the perimeter of the basement wall was installed along with a vapor barrier wall system called CleanSpace Wall System to brighten the basement enviornment.  Any water seepage that would now enter her basement drains into an upgraded TripleSafe Sump Pump System with a battery operated back up system.
