This homeowner called with a very common issue. They had an old wooden window well that needed to be replaced. The wood was rotting and starting to push in. We knew right away they would be great candidates for our RockWell Window Well.

When our Design Specialist Ryan met with the homeowners, he explained to them the benefits of the Rockwell. The Rockwell is a solid, one-piece design that effectively seals out moisture and soil made of reinforced plastic that won't corrode or deteriorate even in extreme weather. It is an attractive, maintenance-free product that looks like real stone. A huge improvement over rotting wood.

The homeowner agreed that this was the best option and our production team was sent out to install. The installation took only one day, and the homeowner had a beautiful, functional, and safe new window well to be proud of.

Here's a home that our crew installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in. This is a heavy duty pump that has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump cannot keep up, then it will add a more powerful second pump run at the same time- more than double capacity. If your power goes out, an Ultrasump Battery back-up pump takes over. The best part about it is that it's all automatic!

They had an existing sump pump system and draintile, but were still getting water coming in and were tired of the clean up involved after each time this would happen to them.

Complete Basement Systems did a complete perimeter waterproofing system around their home, along with a vapor barrier on the walls that would protect any future finished walls they would have.  We also installed the King of sump pump systems giving them triple the protection with the TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  

This system will continue to pump out water if the primary pump #1 fails, and should the secondary pump #2 stop, the TripleSafe has a battery operated backup system called the UltraSump Battery Back Up Pumping System.

This is the recommended sump pump system especially for a plan to finish your basement. 

Excelsior homeowners had walls that were cracked and bowed, which is a major concern for the foundation of any home. They worked with System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner to find a solution that solved this problem, and helped them to accomplish the goals for their home. Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr and his team worked to install the system, and to ensure that these homeowners felt comfortable with how everything works to keep their basement dry, livable, and safe!
