We had water coming in the floor and walls of my basement.  The sales representative was very good.  He didn't try to undersell or oversell anything to me.  The crew was very knowledgeable about the whole water system. 

We hired Complete Basement Systems because of comments previous customers personally shared.  Kevin was home during the entire process and was extremely impressed by the foreman's supervision and direction to do the work correctly and efficiently.  Everyone had a strong work ethic.  At the end of the job, the crew cleaned up the entire work area and with the exeption of a light coat of dust and the wet cement being darker in color than the dry concrete, you'd have no idea that they were 4 men working in our basement for 12 hours.  Totally Impressed!  Looking forward to heavy rainfall!
